We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

Spent 3 nights in this amazing Holborn location - was perfect space for our London trip! Loved the layout and having 2 bathrooms was very helpful. There is a very nice pub/restaurant right under the windows which can be loud, thankfully they close at 11pm, so very peaceful with windows shut or after 11pm; worked well for us. Highly recommend!
Large, comfortable, well outfitted, very conveniently located flat. Despite being above a pub, with fans on, not at all disturbing. Tons of room for multiple people to sleep comfortably even though we were only two. Showers were a bit challenging for different reasons but more nuisance than a problem. If you need to have clean/ dry clothing in any quick way forget the washing machine. Steps away from Holborn tube (Piccadilly and Central), lots of buses and walkable to many fabulous places including for shopping and food. I recommend Honey & Co for great break’y in Bloomsbury - less than 10 min lovely walk.
Large, modern flat located within walking distance to Covent Garden, Soho, museums, etc. The beds were very comfortable with cozy duvets, and plush towels were provided. The kitchen was well appointed.
We had an issue with the heat when we arrived but the host was very responsive and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Be aware there is a pub right next door is busy during after-work hours and was a bit loud until 11 or 12pm, but was quiet Sat and Sun.
The flat would be perfect with some minor repairs & and replacement of fallen art work. The closets were full of a lot of random stuff. Also, keyless entry at the lower & upper door would make check-in/out mush easier.
