We were two couples staying at your hotel for six nights, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
When we arrived, we had booked two rooms and requested that they be on the same floor. This was not arranged, and the check-in process was frustrating. The lady at the reception who handled our check-in was not friendly and showed little willingness to help, which gave a very poor first impression.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. Both rooms were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was mold in the shower, spider webs, dust on furniture, and hair and soap residue from previous guests. Toiletries were missing, and we had to ask for them. The hotel overall looked old and neglected, and the lobby toilets were in a terrible state. One stall had stains on the wall that were never cleaned during our entire stay, even though cleaning staff were present. I even saw a cleaner sitting inside the ladies’ restroom talking on the phone instead of working.
The only positive was the breakfast, which was good overall, although eggs and bacon were either overcooked or undercooked.
Overall, the service and cleanliness were far below Hilton standards. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements.
