The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa that can be turned into a sofa bed perfect for an extra guest, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a balcony where you can fully relax.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.


The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). The Northern Line is known for its reliability and frequent service, making commuting a breeze.

For drivers, North Circular Road (A406) is only an 8-minute drive away, providing easy access around the city. Free weekend parking is available at the apartment, with minimal weekday restrictions. If needed, there's a nearby car park just a 3-minute walk away.

Within a 5-minute stroll, you'll find North Finchley High Street, packed with shopping options such as Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Aldi, Tesco Express, Boots, Superdrug, and unique local grocers offering fresh produce. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
