Welcome to my home!

Nestled in a former Georgian-era pied a terre and just 26 minutes by foot from Kensington and Hyde Park, with the Victoria & Albert and Natural History Museum just a short walking distance away from the building. My flat is a spacious unit of 95m2 bathed in the warm glow of natural sunlight and is fully fitted with contemporary conveniences necessary for a comfortable stay while visiting London.

Step inside and invite yourself to reside on the plush couch in the living area while catching up on all your favourite shows on the TV, or enjoy meals over the dining table. The kitchen can handle any culinary requirement as it has all the essentials. Feel free to make yourself coffee with the complimentary Nespresso machine.

Both bedrooms in the flat have king beds lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens, heating and built-in wardrobes to store your belongings. The bathrooms have a tub to soak in and a showerhead if you need to prepare quickly; towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost.

Rest assured, my flat is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

South Kensington and Chelsea form an upscale and vibrant area in London known for their charming neighbourhoods and cultural attractions. This district is popular with locals and tourists seeking elegance and trendiness. The area boasts an array of iconic landmarks, including the Victoria & Albert Museum and The Natural History Museum, which draw art and history enthusiasts alike. For those with a taste for fine dining, Kensington Place offers a delightful culinary experience. Kensington High Street is a bustling hub for shopping and entertainment, while Hyde Park provides a serene escape amidst the city's hustle and bustle. Visiting during the week ensures a more relaxed atmosphere and easier access to popular attractions, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the rich cultural offerings and breathtaking surroundings.

My apartment is within walking distance of public transport, such as the London Underground at South Kensington and nearby bus stops. Services like UBER, Bolt and Addison Lee are also available for hire.

- 12 minutes by foot to South Kensington (Circle/District and Piccadilly Line).
- 27 minutes by foot to Kensington High Street
- 45 minutes by car to London Heathrow (LHR), depending on the route and traffic conditions.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
