The apartment offers super-fast fibre internet, making it absolutely ideal for remote work, video calls, and seamless streaming.

The open-plan studio features a thoughtfully designed living, dining, and kitchen area. The sleeping space offers a comfortable double bed lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep, alongside a flat-screen TV, a dedicated work desk, and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware, cutlery, a stove, an oven, and a microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. For your convenience, a washing machine and ironing equipment are also provided to handle any laundry needs.

The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh, clean towels and complimentary premium toiletries to ensure a refreshing stay.

The studio is always professionally cleaned ahead of your arrival for your ultimate comfort.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
