It is situated within the London Borough of Wandsworth and is known for its diverse and vibrant community, as well as its riverside location along the River Thames, providing residents with picturesque waterfront views and opportunities for leisurely walks along the riverbanks. The district also offers a variety of dining options, from trendy restaurants and cafes to traditional pubs and eateries.

One of the notable landmarks in Battersea is Battersea Park, a large public park spanning over 200 acres along the banks of the River Thames. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
