Okay stay...
We chose to stay here due to the opening offer discount, which we were happy with the hotel for what we paid, but would have been disappointed if we had paid more!
One issue was the room bed size - we paid more for a king size bed, however, according to their very own receptionist, on the hotels booking system there is no differentiation between a double and a king. Therefore, they charge you more for a king when there's no difference to a double. The bed was 2 single divans pushed together (with one mattress though), so is a king size...
So, just book the double to get a king size bed!
The receptionist was very rude when we asked to check the room and spoke to myself and my partner in an aggravated manner. Had I been a lone female, I would have felt uncomfortable. Not professional for what is meant to be a 4-star hotel. We were also given a connecting room without being asked if we were okay with that - which we weren't really, it is London!
In the rooms, none of the bathroom sinks have a plughole. Therefore, you cannot fill up a sink to wash your face/have a shave.
This is likely because they have installed sinks with no overflow hole, therefore you could flood the room if you left the tap on.
Our sink also had no hot water. When we reported it at the end of our stay (as we just put up with it), there was no apology.
The room was very clean and the location is really nice for a change in London.
