This bright single room is on the first floor of a multi-unit house, offering a private space with minimal shared areas. You’ll share a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with just one other guest room, no other guests use these facilities.
Property Layout:
First Floor: Your private single room + another guests room, shared kitchen and bathroom (shared only with another guest room)
Top Floor: A self-contained studio with its own kitchen and bathroom (hallway access only, no shared use of your amenities)
Ground Floor: A private one-bedroom flat with a separate entrance (no access to the first floor)
This setup offers both comfort and privacy with very limited guest overlap and a quiet, respectful atmosphere.
Access:
Guests have private access to their bedroom and shared access to the kitchen and bathroom (shared with only another guests room).
The hallway may occasionally be used by the guest from the top-floor studio.

Parking:

We kindly ask guests to check in between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM, or to collect keys during this time. If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please let us know in advance to arrange an alternative.
