«Large, old fashioned and charming rooms (with all facilites). The pool, breakfast area and ocean view is beautiful, and the staff is great! At first we were slightly disappointed that the hotel/guesthouse was a bit hidden (and about 400 m from the ocean), but when we got in and saw the lovely place we realized it's worth the 5 min walk to hip strip and the ocean. Ps, if you don't reply the intercom to order your breakfast around 8-9 in the evening, you'll get a call around 8 the next morning!»

«Hadde et fantastisk opphold på tre dager på Casa Isabel! Margie, eieren, var veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende. Hun lagde deilig frokost til oss og fikk oss til å føle oss som hjemme. Super service! Rommet var stor og rent, med en veldig god seng! Dusjen på badet hadde godt og varmt vann! Stranden, flere restauranter, puber og danseplasser ligger i nær gangavstand. Til stranden fikk vi låne strandhåndklær. Her ønsker jeg å komme tilbake og anbefaler stedet på det varmeste. »

«Dianne & Cordell are a absolutely lovely and did everything to make my stay comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. My room was huge and beautiful, and the view from my patio was magnificent. The pool was perfect. Loved the hot water outdoor shower. The Hacienda is the perfect place to get away from it all and relax in a beautiful setting. Truly a unique experience.»

We had some weird situations come up personally and Marla and Carlos went out of their way to help us. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Havana!»

«An ok hotel located close to the center or in the center, depending on what the center is. A street with a lot of rubbish, but there is a lot of that in the whole of Havana. The hotel has an ok standard, good air conditioning which is needed. Rooms without windows are not my favorite. Wifi for a few hours every day which was ok. What made the stay so good was without a doubt the 2 employees. Full of joy and smiles, and always ready to help, it was the best part of my stay.»

«This is absolutely a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Havana! It is beautiful, comfortable and every single staff member is a delight!! The decorations in the property are so unique, everywhere you turn there is something interesting to look at. The staff members are so helpful, even when there was a language barrier, we worked through it together and laughed. Breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced and the restaurant across the street we feel in love with and dined there ...

«We really enjoyed the Art Boutique Havana. Beatriz was especially helpful in arranging the best tour guide ever, Orlando who was a history professor with perfect English and he took us around in his classic car. The room was very clean and I thought the bed was very comfortable. There are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance as well as museums, and the Prado for the weekend art show. »

«Privately own and operated guest house / hotel. Modern and for Cuban standards could pass as upscaled. My room however was very small and much smaller than expected from the property pictures and did not have any windows. It was also very close to the lobby door, so guests returning late and knocking to a door so the staff could let them in, unfortunately where waking me up. Unfortunately unlike a real hotel so in the area with own power generators, this property is not immune to power ...
