«Ocean view was good. However, it was windy on the beach and there was a lot of sea weeds washing up on the shoreline. The facility is new and clean. The pool was fun. We enjoyed the activities.»

«Fine og rene rom. Deilige og komfortable senger. Alle damene som jobbet i restauranten var veldig hyggelige, egentlig mennene også bortsett fra 1. Det var en litt eldre mann som tok i mot bestillingen vår og når vi spurte han samme om å betale svarte han bare at han ikke var servitøren vår og gikk. Maten der var heller ikke spesielt god gitt at det er et 5-stjerners hotell. Synes også at det var litt rart at det var en mye større meny for roomservice enn mulighetene for å bestille i ...

«While the property had great possibility, sadly the entire stay felt disjointed due to the way things are run. Example- rooftop pool that has no food/bar available…even though there is a restaurant on the rooftop. The hotel advertised that the rooftop bar was open at 3pm, yet we never saw any staff there until the restaurant prepped to open. «Clean and comfortable room, amazing view and property right on the beach with long stretch of white sand. Walked miles every day - past all of the high end hotels. Only downside was only having one restaurant to choose from if you don’t have transportation but we were there for the peace and quiet, the ocean, and the food was great local fare - like home-cooked meals made with care. We stayed 5 days and never got tired of the menu - love, love, love this place and the people!!!»

«We are waiting for the transfer company to take us back to the Cancun airport. Had a great time. The king deluxe room fit our needs well. Didn't stay in the room much since discovering the island was so much fun and lots to do. A golf cart was necessary for our adventures.
