«I like the property , it was clean & pretty . Staff were friendly . There was a lot of Seaweed that made swimming not pleasant . They had machines that took seaweed in & chopped them & put it back on the beach that made it even more dirty because all the chopped weeds go back into the water with every wave. We were there for 5 nights 8/17/-8/22/26. We saw one big roach & a scorpion in our room , a guy came & killed it . We were so scared & requested to change room to a higher floor . Staff were ...

«Overall a pretty good experience. The pools were great, bars were great, staff were okay. Specific cons: The food at the “Steakhouse” was lack luster. The steak was way too smokey. The “Lobster House” was pretty much empty, and it took 45 minutes to get our food. One of the waitresses fought with me when I told her that they got my order wrong and tried to convince me I made a mistake. «El servicio fue muy bueno en el hotel y restaurantes, en la playa Privileg el personal solo te atienden si eres extranjero, no sé si por las propinas o porque, pero a los mexicanos no nos atienden con el mismo énfasis . En la habitación nunca pudieron eliminar los insectos, a pesar de que nos cambiaron en la nueva habitación también había insectos. Hay poco sargazo en la playa, como que no lo limpian diario.»
