«The hotel itself is very good; however, the music becomes extremely loud from 10 a.m., especially in the pool area. Music is also played in other areas, but it is drowned out by the pool music, turning it all into noise when multiple songs are playing at the same time. There are a lot of families with children, which leads to a lot of shouting and screaming in the restaurants. This makes it unsuitable for those who want to dine in a calm and quiet environment.»

«Garza Blanca is a wonderful “new-feel” resort, in a quieter area outside the busier Cancun hotel zone. The friendly staff was very helpful and addressed a small problem in our room promptly. Our room was spotless! There is a great variety of food options on the property and the white sandy beach and outdoor pool areas are super. My husband particularly appreciated the gym facility. »

«We loved our stay here - it was so relaxing and the perfect place for couples to enjoy. The resort was beautiful and everything was very clean - we loved our room. Only thing is we were supposed to have an ocean view but mostly were facing the water park next to the property. The food was great - the beach/pool menu was our favorite as well as Seasalt the rooftop restaurant. We would recommend grabbing a drink at Seasalt before dinner to enjoy the views and watchthe sunset. The infinity pool ...
