Leilighetshoteller i Indonesia

«The breakfast was great, and the staff, particularly Miss Asti, were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff could use some additional training. On occasion, they would forget to restock the toilet paper, forcing us to request some from the reception desk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient.»

«In general, hotels in Indonesia offer excellent service compared to many other countries. The staff and housekeeping here were extremely kind and attentive. They even did a deep cleaning upon our request due to our carpet and dust allergies, and also provided an air purifier for us at no extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast was average, but overall the stay was definitely worth the price.»

«Rooms are spacious, but could use some facility upgrades. Definitely not soundproof rooms :p The main positive is the staff. I mainly dealt with manager Jona and receptionist Laras who both did an amazing job helping me with a smile and understanding whenever I needed help! I recommend checking out their Swiss-Belcourt website to understand the room selections better. »

«Amazing experience overall»
