«Flott resort med mange fasiliteter. Hadde en flott Westin suite som hadde nærhet til det meste. Vennlig og profesjonelt personell. Alt tilrettelagt på alle måter. Skulle det være noe så er det litt masete frokostsal. Litt merkelig at de ikke tilbyr en VIP lounge for dette på et 5 stjernes hotell.»

«This is a very weird place. The design is odd in general. It’s a bit run down. Huge parts of it seem to be in process of demolition. On one hand, it’s a ghost town. It does not seem like very many of the rooms or suites are inhabited. Yet the place is also teeming with Russians- and the stereotypes are true, Russians are, in general, cold and often come across as rude. This hotel catches this vibe. «My family with 2 toddlers thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Conrad. Very kid friendly place. I had originally chosen another hotel, but as that turned sour we went to Conrad instead and was thrilled about our decision. Great good. Great staff. Great, massive pool. The sandy sections of the pool proved especially nice for us. Highly recommend.»

«Mulia Resort is an amazing experience in most aspects! There are still some parts of the soft product that can be improved. Almost all staff wearing facemasks at this point feels very cold and gives me a constant reminder of the sad past we had. Service is correct, but lacks warmth, compared to most other hotels in Bali, ive visited during my 30 days here. «The resort is quite new and everything is in great shape. Having a private plunge pool is very nice. I love the high ceiling in the room and decor is lovely. Beds were comfortable and linens good quality. Ordering dinner - had to order in advance (1 hour minimum) but food was great and service was also excellent. Massage - there is only one room with two tables so my friend and I were in the same room and only about a foot apart. The massage was just okay. Road to get in is very narrow ...

«Wonderful staff and very nice and luxurious hotel. Loved the pool area with jungle views. The rooms are very nice. A lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like about the rooms was there were only a fully see-through door to the toilet, so no privacy.»
