«Lovely spacious lodge which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Pleasant to sit on patio and enjoy the views. The holiday park is large and if you or any one in your group has mobility issues a car is a must - there is a steep slope/hill leading to treetops. The lodge is located in a quiet area of the park. Owners Adria and Steve next door and available if needed. Lovely location to explore Devon :)»

«has everything you need for a short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tiny and wardrobe space is limited. No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. There is a small outdoor area to sit in - if you like talking to the neighbours as all chalets are close together.»

«The property was in a lovely quiet position but did feel the shop should have been open whilst people were on site because of its location. When we arrived the sofa still had some sand on, there are cobwebs in bedroom windows and some kitchen utensils were not too clean. We really enjoyed our stay and felt totally relaxed whilst there. Would recommend.»

«The Golden Bay holiday park is in a wonderful location, close to the sea and the town centre, and its very quiet, hard to beat anywhere else in Westward Ho! Early vibes had been poor. At 7pm before the day of our arrival I had to remind our “premier?” Host for some arrival instructions, which we received shortly afterwards with an apology and an instruction to bring towels (bath, beach, hand and tea), loo rolls, kitchen rolls, washing up liquid, hand soap and bin liners! «Very happy with our chalet the only problem we had was connecting to the internet but that was soon sorted via messaging our host. Possibly it might have been nice for a little tray of teabags coffee n long life milk to have been supplied for a cuppa after our long journey but other than that all good.»

«Excellent location 15 mins walk into cromer ( by road) there are steps to the beach. You need to be fit to use them as there are over 200! Nice large grassed play area for kids with swings etc. It took us about 30 mins to walk to overstrand»

«Our stay at Kingsdown was magical. These chalets are a wee hidden gem close to Deal. Number 19 is clean, tidy and decorated in a modern "scandi" way. Reanne was a fantastic host. I couldn't fault our stay and would highly recommend visiting.»
