«Our honeymoon was amazing. The staff treated us like family, and our Butler, Rodney, truly was the best. He checked in with us multiple times a day and left us several very sweet gifts. We felt as if we gained a friend. Check-in was easy, and check-out was even easier. Be aware that this resort adds all the extras like cab rides and Chic show onto your room tab at the end of your stay. Should not be a problem if you keep track of how much you are spending. Highly recommend this resort.»

«This is a dumpster to be honest. The location is not terrible but the amenities are horrible , old, and dirty. The bathroom drain clogged each time we took a shower. They did not provide towels. Sheets were dusty, The outdoor patio furnitures were dirty . We had to clean things ourselves. For this price, I’ll recommend you get a resort.»

«Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff.»

It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. »
