«My stay was horrible the first 2 days . My television and fridge did not work the first night . After spending 4 hours of my vacation taking to staff they moved my room . The television did not work in that room and they did not fix it so no television for 24 hours the next day after mentioning it again it was replaced. The grounds were maintained there were a couple of staff that were kind. Deyter was kind and helpful. The trolley stopped once . I saved for this vacation and I should have went ...

«Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff.»

«The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. »

«Fint hotell! Rask innsjekking, veldig god service i resepsjonen. Rommet var fint, stor og god seng. Men gulvet var veldig skittent og det luktet kloakk på badet. Ellers lå hotellet sentralt og vi følte at vi fikk en god pris. »
