«Accommodations and drinks were top notch as was the pools! Variety of food, something for every taste. Beach was filled with seaweed, but can't fault the resort for that. Above and beyond was the staff and their attention to details! The butler service of Norielis and Elaine was top notch, made sure I was taken care of the entire stay!! Will be returning soon.»

The chofeur Luisito made us feel like family and was very helpful. La Lola was our favorite restaurant and Cristian accommodated our needs seamlessly in La Lola and La Adelita. «We stayed for 2 weeks in May. The weather was excellent. The hotel had recently renovated the section where we stayed, so it felt clean and pleasant. The staff are amazing! They do their upmost to help and make your stay feel welcomed. Everyone is really friendly and polite. Our butler, Rafael, was the best!!! «This is a dumpster to be honest. The location is not terrible but the amenities are horrible , old, and dirty. The bathroom drain clogged each time we took a shower. They did not provide towels. Sheets were dusty, The outdoor patio furnitures were dirty . We had to clean things ourselves. For this price, I’ll recommend you get a resort.»

«Please be aware not to buy the tours in the hotel, they will scam you. Also the transport provided by the hotel is a problem. Be carefull to leave the bags to the hotel staff, mine were given to another guest when leaving the hotel, I have to go to the airport to recover them. The hotel not even say sorry because they lost my bags, worse experience I have ever had in a hotel. Food is fine.»

«The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. »
