«The resort was clean, beautiful, and overall we had a great stay! The staff truly made our trip memorable. Edward, our butler, went above and beyond for us. I got a bad sun rash, and he even went out of his way to get me hydrocortisone from another pharmacy when the resort pharmacy didn’t have it. «This is a dumpster to be honest. The location is not terrible but the amenities are horrible , old, and dirty. The bathroom drain clogged each time we took a shower. They did not provide towels. Sheets were dusty, The outdoor patio furnitures were dirty . We had to clean things ourselves. For this price, I’ll recommend you get a resort.»

It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. »
