«Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. »

«Worst host ever. I am a gold member on hotels.com, I travel quite a bit,  and that is by far my worst experience regarding overall stays. STAY AWAY. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE better places else where. RUN! It took me 1 hour to do the check in. Managed to enter de apartment past 9pm. I had to withdraw money and give to securiry guard at the entrance. «Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all.
