«Worst host ever. I am a gold member on hotels.com, I travel quite a bit,  and that is by far my worst experience regarding overall stays. STAY AWAY. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE better places else where. RUN! It took me 1 hour to do the check in. Managed to enter de apartment past 9pm. I had to withdraw money and give to securiry guard at the entrance.
