«Swimmingpool was clean, refreshing, and a great place to relax. Bavaro beach was only a few minutes away and had impressive views of the Caribbean Sea. There were many restaurants in the area, giving plenty of dining options. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The overall atmosphere felt welcoming and calm. «Worst host ever. I am a gold member on hotels.com, I travel quite a bit, and that is by far my worst experience regarding overall stays. STAY AWAY. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.
THERE ARE better places else where. RUN!
It took me 1 hour to do the check in. Managed to enter de apartment past 9pm.
I had to withdraw money and give to securiry guard at the entrance. The hostess made a video call to confirm the money was given to him.
I couldn't have visitors past 2330, while I am on vacation. I ...

«The hotel is ok, for the price. Nice bed, bathroom was large, kitchen corner well used, A/C did not make the room cold, no terrace but they had a nice roof terrace. Simple but nice breakfast.Not very friendly staff, they only speak spanish and had problems communicating with customers. We did not paid for our stay up front, du to corona situation. When we arrived late in the evening, they wanted cash, their terminal did not work. So we had to go to an atm and take out cash, before we checked ...
