«Worst host ever. I am a gold member on hotels.com, I travel quite a bit,  and that is by far my worst experience regarding overall stays. STAY AWAY. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. «Pool was dirty, we had to wait 30 minutes for the staff to clean the room even though we arrived at 3pm (check in time ) they didn’t provide soap, and the AC wasn’t working good. Shower was rusty. It looked nice on the outside. »
