The food was good overall, although we were told the wait time would be about an hour. Most of the restaurants are first come, first served, which can be a bit inconvenient during busy times.
The staff were generally friendly; however, it was noticeable that some staff members spoke to each other in Spanish while serving guests, which came across as unprofessional.
Check-in could have been improved, as the front desk agent was talking on her earphones while assisting us. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was not pleasant—the staff member seemed rushed, did not thank us, and did not ask for any feedback.
On a positive note, the night entertainment was a highlight of the stay—absolutely amazing shows, great beach area, pools are amazing overall a very nice and relaxing experience.
