We stayed with some family over March break and had a great time. The resort itself is spectacular. As you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff and enter a beautiful lobby that rivals world wide luxury hotels. We booked the unique club and it was well worth the little extra that we paid. We had a private check in area, a private beach area, a private lunch and breakfast area. We also had a private pool though it was a ways away from the beach and main pool we only really used it once. We also had butler service and our friend Ronald was excellent. He was very attentive, checked in with us every morning and throughout the day and was always able to find restaurant availability for us which wasn’t always easy for 6 people in a resort that was maxed out. We called or messaged him whenever we needed anything and he always delivered.
The location of the resort is excellent and the beach was amazing. Clean, wide and long, we were able to walk for almost 30 min either way without any issues.
The rooms were huge and clean and the ac worked a little too well. The Unique guests are treated with some rum and snacks upon check.
Overall the resort was excellent and is so well laid out including the massive boulevard where you can find a sports bar, casino, club, a massive gym, English pub and theatre that despite being fully booked you never felt crammed. In fact we were often left asking where all the people were because it never felt crowded.
