Overall, my stay at Meliá Caribe Beach Resort was very enjoyable and relaxing. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a true all-inclusive experience. The staff across the property were professional, polite, and culturally respectful, which made the stay feel welcoming from start to finish. Food quality was very good, with plenty of variety, and the restaurants and bars were well organized.
There were, however, a few points that did not fully align with what was stated in my reservation. I did not receive the bottle of wine that was included in the booking details. Additionally, the spa credit listed as a $90 coupon turned out to be three separate $30 coupons, which was clarified only upon arrival at the spa. This was a bit misleading and worth noting for future guests.
Another minor inconvenience was the availability of beach towels and seating. Early in the day, many guests would pick up towels and “reserve” pool or beach chairs for long periods, which resulted in waiting times for towels and limited seating later on.
Despite these issues, the overall experience was very positive. The resort atmosphere, service quality, and amenities made up for the small drawbacks. With clearer communication regarding included perks and better management of towel and chair reservations, this would be an outstanding stay
