This hotel is clearly aiming to deliver a five-star experience, and there are some genuinely excellent elements — beautiful rooms, an exceptionally comfortable bed, and consistently kind, well-intentioned staff.
Unfortunately, my stay was affected by a number of small but recurring issues. The hotel app and room service menus were often inaccurate, and there were several maintenance and inspection issues that shouldn’t occur at this level.
Dining was inconsistent: friendly service throughout, but cold food on one occasion, limited or misleading menus on others, and room service orders that didn’t match what was advertised. The spa treatment itself was excellent, but important information wasn’t clearly explained upfront.
Despite the number of issues raised during my stay, no gesture of goodwill or compensation was offered beyond apologies.
With stronger attention to detail and clearer communication, this could be an excellent hotel; at present, the experience does not consistently match five-star expectations.
