«The room we got I had a bad septic problem. The toilet backed up three times on our stay. The shower wouldn’t drain overall the whole resort, Laks maintenance issues. I’ve seen many problems around there. it was a good stay, but I would not read it. Excellent the food was OK the drinks we’re good all the liquor they used was from Dominica if you wanted something like absolute vodka top shelf.»

«My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. «A really nice five star hotel. Our butler Daniel was really helpful and checked in on us daily. The food and drinks were good. We ended up eating mostly at the buffet or room service. «This hotel is very old and tired. The bathrooms were full of black mould and very dirty. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper every day. The staff were nice but that helped little. The area around the hotel is very limited and everyone is hassling you all the time. It was not safe to walk around as a woman after dark. «We booked 3 rooms for 7 people in our family. Terrible from check in to check out. Stained sheets, body hair in the bath rooms. Filth everywhere. We checked in at 11:30 at night., Only two rooms assigned to us so no key for the third room. It took until 1 AM to get management to give us the third room.
