Extremely Unprofessional and Disturbing Experience. Not one room but two rooms.
My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing and escalated into an unacceptable situation due to a complete lack of professionalism from both staff and management.
From the beginning, guests were openly disrespected, and management allowed it to happen without correction. The front desk receptionist, Jimena, was dismissive and unhelpful when concerns were raised. The manager, Esmeralda, failed to properly address serious issues or de-escalate the situation, instead allowing it to worsen.
After using the valet service (handled by Juan and Endy), $500 in cash was discovered missing from my vehicle…money intended as a birthday gift. This was reported, but the matter was not taken seriously and no accountability was offered.
We had extended our checkout time because we needed additional time to shop outside the hotel. Despite this being communicated, security prevented us from leaving the property, effectively holding us against our will. Only after I stated that I would begin recording did their behavior suddenly change. At that point, staff attempted to offer refunds, an extended stay, and even a free room. I declined all offers and contacted my attorney.
No guest should ever feel disrespected, ignored, or confined. This was not hospitality it was a serious failure of professionalism and management. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here.
