"We stayed for a week, in that time the fire alarm rang four times. The first was a test that we were told about, the next three were not. Only one person can connect to WiFi without paying and they have to be a Marriott member. Outside the hotel there were constant protest and police sirens, and it takes about 40 minutes by bus to get to Oxford Street. The surrounding area is not nice and seems unsafe. The pool was not in the building, but around the corner and difficult to fint. As some staff were kind some were also rude, and it took over an hour after requested to get more toilet paper. The room was big and it had a nice shower and shower products were nice. You are not able to open the window and can barely adjust the thermostat. The TV only showed YouTube. The employees once went in to our room even though we had the “privacy please” sign on. Close to supermarkets (Tescos express and Aldi). Overall an ok stay. "
