Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of Barcelona’s elegant Eixample neighborhood, located on the iconic Calle Enric Granados. This modern, thoughtfully furnished apartment offers everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay whether you`re visiting for work, vacation, or a bit of both.


City tax:
10,45 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.

A damage deposit of 300 € will be guaranteed by your credit card.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 00:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.

All the payments and registrations should be completed at least 24h before your check in.
