At the same time, the bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Please, take into consideration this is a 4th floor with no lift and stairs are narrow

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Locals head to the seaside neighbourhood of La Barceloneta to surf and sunbathe on Sant Sebastià Beach, and to dine out at al fresco seafood restaurants and traditional tapas bars. Posh yachts fill glitzy marinas like the Port Olímpic complex, which is connected to the beach by a long, palm-lined promenade. The Port Cable Car offers panoramic city views on its way to Montjuïc hill.

You will have no trouble getting around town by car or public transport. The property is just a short walk from the Pg Joan de Borbó - Almirall Aixada Bus stop
(V15 or V19) , Pepe Rubianes - La Barceloneta (L4) and Barcelona Airport are a 25-minute drive away.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
