You’ll be staying in the ideal setting to enjoy the city

The location is perfect for strolling and visiting the works of Barcelona’s Modernist movement by Gaudí and other architects of this movement. Very close by are the Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, and Casa Batlló, among other gems, which make every stroll a journey through Barcelona’s history and impressive architecture.

It’s an ideal place for a family vacation or a business trip.
The apartment was restored and decorated by a professional interior designer, respecting the Modernist setting and style, which explains the age of some of the pieces it contains.

The apartment will be your home for a few days, and we’ll be at your complete disposal for any assistance you may need.

Since the apartment is located in a residential building, you must be considerate of your neighbors at all times and avoid making noise after 10:00 p.m. Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.

The elevator is for all residents of the building. It is very important that anyone using it close all three doors securely upon exiting to prevent the elevator from getting stuck.

The oldest guest must be over 30 years of age.

For commercial and/or film shoots, the rate will be tripled.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. For self-check-in, a key pickup location will be arranged.

This apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.

Staying in any apartment in Barcelona incurs a tourist tax of 9.5€ per person per night (for those over 17 years of age), and registration must be completed prior to check-in.

For each check-in, a one-time cash fee of 140€ will be charged to cover cleaning costs, utilities, etc.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (including e-cigarettes).
