Outstanding location! Place was lovely, clean and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 was the towel/dryer situation. 7 days with only one towel that didn’t dry overnight. We could have washed them but without a dryer that wouldn’t work.If this issue was remedied we would definitely stay here again!

Very clean & great location. A bit stingy with towels. The kitchen set up was ok but no instructions for poor coffee maker, no hand towels. No literature on things to do or recomendations for restaurants or what's nearby. It would be helpful if they had a little brochure with sites, recommendations, and stores nearby like the great bakery down the street and Gloria restaurant (fabulous) across the street and La Dama restraurant (2 blocks way).

This flat was perfect for our week long visit in Barcelona. Not only is it beautiful, with high ceilings, two gorgeous balcony and lovely decor, but it is well situated in an area with restaurants, multiple groceries, bakeries and shops. It’s close to multiple metro stops, making it easy to get around the city as well. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for hosting us!

Great spacey clean location

The place was as advertised, great location, clean and spacey. On the second night we were locked out of the building and eventually got in, the problem continued next day but the company did send someone to try and fix it and then re set our Nuki password and everything worked out well, it cost us money as we didnt have a phone plan in the country. Overall good experience and good space for a family/group of 4 people.

Perfect location, charming, spacious apartment!! We loved our stay here! There are a lot of cafes, bars, restaurants, and mercats near by. The apartment has everything you need, is updated nicely, and is quite charming. Would definitely recommend. Had some trouble with the WiFi but no issues other than that.

Amazing!!

Everything about this place! It is very big and spacious and the check in process was the easiest thing! Location is great and in a very safe area. Right outside are many restaurants and bars and cafes!

Nice apartment - great location

This apartment is very comfortable and functional. The kitchen is well-equipped and living areas were great for the 2 of us and could easily accommodate another couple or a few children. The location is wonderful - close to bars and restaurants and the subway without being too loud at night. The entry system (phone app) took a little getting used to, but worked well once we understood it (and found out there is a manual override from the inside). The management company was very responsive and took care of a few issues very quickly as the office is apparently closeby. Overall, this was a good experience and we would stay here again.

Neighborhood for younger people?

We enjoyed the place. It was clean and nicely furnished. The neighborhood was great with fun shops and restaurants. The only slight annoyance was that on a few nights it got loud late when the bars were closing. As I was on a work trip, I did go to bed on the earlier side. Maybe a small white noise machine in the bedroom in the front would be helpful. Regards.

return to Barcelona 50 years after first visit

Apt. and location superb! Using Nuki electronic system to access apt. VERY problematic. If renters are not familiar with this system urge you arrive during management office hours--we would have been unable to get in without their help. Failure to provide any washcloths, dish towels or paper towels was disappointing to say the least. Master bedroom bed was very good, twin beds just adequate.

Great location in the heart of Barcelona

This was a fantastic location and the host was great. The apartment was exactly as expected and the location was ideal. We loved it. There are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the bus system was awesome. We downloaded both the TMB and Mobilitat apps and took the bus all around Barcelona. The only thing I didn't love about the property was the internet-based NUKI lock system. It worked perfectly, but the idea that we could be locked out if my phone died made me nervous. We got it setup on my wife's phone too on the second day so we had a backup option. One thing worth noting is that, while there is a washing machine, there is not a dryer so just be aware that clothes need to be air dried. We did this on the back balcony in the full sun and it worked just fine.

Great Apartment & loved the Location

Pros- Beautiful tree-lined street in the best location w lots of restaurants. Uncrowded and quiet, but close enough to walk to all tourist sites. Spacious apartment with a gorgeous balcony. Excellent heat. Spotless. Good wifi. Cons— We received poor directions for entry, which did not make clear which apartment in the building was ours. The office was closed and a recording referred us to a 24-hour number which we couldn’t readily locate in our emails. We did eventually get in, and management company staff with whom we did communicate were always responsive and thoroughly professional. Overall, we didn’t like the app-based e-locking system. The prime renter could not invite other guests for access; it took 24 hours to ensure everyone had a “key.” My son who lacked international cell service could not unlock the door. App-based locking systems benefit the management company but not guests, who have to monitor their phones to ensure they don’t run out of batteries during day trips or risk being locked out. I appreciate a more personal touch. Management provided a little welcome packet with two packets of sugar and creamer for morning coffee, but no maps, recommendations, trash bags, or a single condiment. Management should periodically check whether all appliances work. Toaster and hair dryer were broken. Despite my quibbles, it is a great apartment, which I recommend and give a “4/5.”

Barcelona hautnah

Das Apartment hat eine super Lage, die Straße ist sehr ruhig. Alles was man braucht findet man mehrfach direkt um die Ecke (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants/Cafés). Auch die ÖV sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig und auch die Küche ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind bequem und die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Wir würde wieder buchen.

Nice clean apartment

Th apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It was tricky to find as the roads and the apartment aren't clearly signposted. Anyone without google maps will find it hard to locate. Just a few minor issues we couldn't use the cooker as the lighter had been put right at the back of the drawers. There weren't any oven gloves or kitchen towels, essential to take out hot food. The bathroom sink was slightly blocked and the water went down quite slowly. We didn't bother reporting it as it was a short stay. The bathroom could do with a a makeover, it's quite dated compared to the rest of the flat. Overall communication with the host was quick and easy. If you are a light sleeper, it can get noisy especially in the evenings as there are restaurants and outside seating near by. Location is very central and easy to see the sights and sounds of Barcelona.

Spacious and charming

This apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood with access to lots of good options for food and drinks. The apartment itself is spacious and charming with its Juliet balconies and ceiling mouldings. It provided a great home base for us to explore Barcelona. We were able to walk to most places within 30 minutes. And the air conditioning was a welcome feature after spending a day in the Spanish heat.

Lively neigborhood and spacious flat

We stayed here for a month, working remotely. The flat is spacious (allowing ample workspace for two people) and is in a great location thats close to bars & restaurants. Only downside of that is the area and apartment itself can get quite noisy esp over the weekend. But overall we really enjoyed our flat and the neighborhood
