«The Spa is fabulous and the staff also. The rooms were very clean, but due to the humidity the floor was always damp.»

«My wife and I loved our anniversary at this 5 star resort with healthy wildlife and great food, pool, bar, and staff driving the carts. Expedia VIP wristbands were great for daily access to the excellent spa pools (jets, steam, hot tub, plunge, sauna, vitamin shots). Concierges David and Erick were shining stars, booking plans, giving daily updates, checking in, stocking our minibar, and bringing blankets, a memory foam pillow, decor, treats, and bubbly. I always need a concierge now! We loved ...

«Service is fantastic. Staff really go above and beyond to make your trip feel special. Food is great. Make sure you ask about all food allergies, as some menu item’s dietary warnings do not match actual ingredients, but the staff are more than knowledgeable enough to warn against potential issues! Pool was amazing, and there were always chairs available! Butler service and cart service were incredibly useful and always available. Rooms were cleaned constantly. Regret leaving so soon, and looking ...

«The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. The japanese restaurant was excellent and the sashimi there was super high quality. In ...

With the amount of alcohol they serve more food options would be ideal, snacks or a dinner buffet etc. We enjoyed the entertainment at the main bar by the ocean the most. Overall we enjoyed our stay & the swim ...

«Beautiful property, beautiful beach. A tropical paradise.»

«Todo muy bien, algo que no me gusto es que la persona de la limpieza no respetaba el letrero de no molestar, lo puse y en dos ovaciones llego y toco y entró, se supone que si uno pone el letrero de no molestar es para que no te molesten y ella entraba a la habitación,»

«Absolutely fantastic place. Secluded, private, relaxed and clean. Very good access to beach. Inside national park so well protected from noise and stress. »

«Overall, a great resort, and we really enjoyed our stay! Just wanted to share a word of caution regarding the main pool, especially for families with babies or toddlers. Be sure to check the pool depth before entering through the middle stairs. My wife, who is about 5’5”, entered the pool through the middle stairs while holding our toddler, not realizing the water was approximately 5.4 feet deep. Both ended up going underwater, and thankfully, someone nearby was able to help them. We’ve stayed ...
