«This was my second time staying at Finest Playa Mujeres. My first visit was about 10 years ago when the resort had just opened, and I’m happy to say the quality has remained very good over the years.
The service continues to be excellent. I especially want to recognize Jeremías at the bar and Julio at the Finest Club bar. Both were very kind and attentive and truly made our experience better.

«Everything about Atelier was exceptional. We highly recommend. The service really exceeded expectations. The food was outstanding too. For the morning buffet the servers would walk around with pastries fresh out of the oven. The warm chocolate croissants were to die for! The grounds were beautiful and everything was so well maintained. »

•Make reservations early for the speakeasy. We were there for 4 nights and never had the opportunity to go.

«Pretty much wonderful top to bottom. Huge room with full kitchen and gorgeous ocean view. Lovely, pristine grounds with lots of pools to choose from and a great white sand beach on which the sargassum is well managed. Tasty food; Zama, the central pavilion, has the best atmosphere. Mostly, the people were lovely. Never felt resented or tolerated. My guess is they pay their staff well enough. Happy staff = happy guests. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay off the Zona. Only caveat is ...

«We came here with our daughter’s family, including 3 boys aged 0-5, and stayed a few additional days after they left. We all had a great time, sampling the various restaurants, pools, including our personal rooftop pool, and the beach. The resort put on multiple shows, including a well-executed Mexican fiesta, and music was everywhere, whether piped in or one of many live performers. The staff are very attentive and we found they often went over and above, and everyone friendly and welcoming. »
