Lobby was stunning, lobby and piano bars were excellent, food was great, except the Japanese advised shellfish allergy sat us and the chef advised all food made on same board would not separate it for us so we had to leave. Very disappointed first resort this has ever happened at. Butler Aaron was great. We originally had rooms 3117 and 3118 both smelled of sewage and caused headaches from the suffer and showers leaked and the swimup were unusable as the water was colder than the attic. Block 3000 is in the shade all day. Moved to building 4000 no sewage smells at all and no shower leaks and the swimup was a beautiful temperature and we enjoyed it all day everyday. They do need a dedicated server back there or build a bar back there. We would walk and get our own drinks from other bars or fill our bags of the lounge beer.
Night shows were hit or miss.
Cafe was delicious and had a lot.
Tried the sports bar once for breakfast and was told they don’t do breakfast and then tried one day for lunch and were told it would be a long time before someone could take an order for us as only one guy working the bar and had 10 people asking for shots. So that was a bust.
Tried the Italian restaurant for lunch and after 28 mins and trying to get a waiter to come to us to even just offer water we got up and left
This hotel opened too soon if I was senior management I would be mad past the lobby it was rushed and the resort looks 10+ yrs old not elegant
