«We had a very nice stay, and had an amazing view from the bedroom with glass walls on three sides!
The only downside is the fact that the bedroom gets very hot because of the greenhouse effect of the glass walls, and the A/C not being sufficient, and also strange that we get a coffee capsule machine, but no coffee capsules and when asking in the reception we still didn’t get any even though they apparently had some.»

«Tok lang tid med check-in, lang kø, kun to ansatte som tok hånd om innsjekking. Fikk rommet 45min senere enn antatt tid. Men personalet var veldig hyggelige. Mye bra fasiliteter og aktiviteter for store og små. Godt utvalg av mat. Veldig sentralt. Fin strand og bassenger»

«The Reception has people who are not happy about their job and they let you know it. And of course the attention and service was poor.
In addition, the hotel has BUGS!!!! I reported it and immediately housekeeping came to “vacuum clean “ they changed linen but the problem persisted. »

«Generally a big hotel with a lot of facilities that seems to carry the weight of being a bit cheaper than similar hotels in the area. Variable service, we had a particularly bad experience at the pool bar and a couple of hours late checkout was ridiculously expensive, thankfully a very good luggage storing option for free. The skydeck on the top floor was closed indefinitely "for maintenance". The breakfast was huge and overrun with people. We had an okey stay overall, though we spent most of ...
