I would never stay here again. Food all tasted the same and did not stand up to my expectations. Pools and beach were crowded, and many hotel guests left their towels on beach chairs for hours, despite not being at the beach. My room card needed to be replaced EVERY single time I entered my room, including times early in the morning. Staff mentioned that this was a recurring problem, and they do not care to fix it. Bars and drink services were lacking, and it seemed like bartenders would skip you if you weren’t a big tipper, even though it was an all inclusive (we still tipped!). Parties at other RIU hotels were great but finish at 11pm, and the shuttle services require you to wait in a line for 30 minutes. Rooms outdated, with bugs and broken switches. The shower smelt out the whole room like sewage every time we used it, and when we needed a plumber, they never turned up (staff said it would be a 30min wait). Restaurants were all a 90 min wait, and would often close early. Please do not stay here, you can find a much better place for the money.
