Our fabulous and recently renovated house Located about 10-15 min driving from the White House, the house is perfect for couples, families with children, or groups of friends. Admire the sunset over a glass of wine on the front porch after a long day of sightseeing, in the beautifully decorated living room.

Our house has a total of 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the lower level) so it can comfortably host 8 guests. There is one sofa bed in the main living room and another one on the lower level for a total of 10 guests. 4 full bathrooms (Three upstairs and one on the lower level) and a half bathroom on the main level.

House features open floor plan, stunning kitchen with Quartz counter top and stainless steel appliances. Coffee, tea, sugar and filtered water are complimentary in the kitchen. All bedrooms upstairs are spacious and have beautiful hardwood floors. Comfortable air mattresses in each bedroom. Bathroom upstairs is absolutely stunning with a skylight where natural light comes in. Toiletries are available in each bathroom. A bath towel and a hand towel will be provided for each guest.

The lower level has a full bedroom and bathroom, a kitchenette where guests can make some coffee/tea, and a living room with board games for the whole family to relax and enjoy.

**Property has three levels with stairs so it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility.**

High chair and pack n play is available for families traveling with infants or toddlers. Please request the pack n play at least a week before your stay.

Self check-in available in the front of the house using our smart locks.

All 3 levels will be available for our guests, including the lower level.

Please only use the front on the main level to access the house.

The house is located in NW DC and about 10-15 min driving from the White House and all the main touristic attractions.

NO PETS. NO PARTIES. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. If guests are caught with pets or having parties without our consent they will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund.

Firearms or any type of weapons are strictly not allowed in our property.
