«I suspect units are different but my unit was terrible. The Bluebird staff did not reply let alone fix the issues. Water was not hot, just a little warm, property had a hole in the wall, broken chair, broken lamp shade, broken venetian blind, Wi-fi log in was incorrect and the staff never provided the correct site and password. Basically just a bed. »

«One of the worse hotel experiences I ever had - it was one unpleasant surprises after another- from broken elevator we had to carry all our belongings to the 4th floor & the concierge never had the decency to announce it, nor apologized for the inconvenience. They’ve advertised for free parking online while throw you with a fee for parking at their facility. «The rooms were comfortable and basic amenities were provided which leads to a functional feel vs elegance. The staff was by far the best part of the stay. From the time I checked in until my departure I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The restaurant and bar Mica was spacious and comfortable. «The gym did not have enough equipment and the equipment that they had was faulty and did not work the treadmill was too loud and clunked the left foot part of the elliptical was shotty. «For a budget hotel it’s not bad , it’s just shabby. It could definitely use some TLC. The bathroom was worn and chipped in places and old. The bed was clean and comfortable.
