«Room door lock didn’t work properly. Hadto fidget with it often so the dope latches work release and/or lock. MAintenance said I wasn’t using the door correctly and there was nothing wrong with the lock. Not the case at all. It’s broken !»

«My hotel room wasn’t clean, smelled and looked like previously used sheets was just rewrapped on the bed. Found make up stains and items while checking for bed bugs before I laid on it. Found sticky residue in the cups that was suppose to be new at the bathroom sink. «We stayed 2 nights. It was okay. The room seemed stuffy, even with the air conditioning on. The shower head was too short for my 6'4 husband. «Hyatt hotel stay was perfect! The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The only mishap was that they were doing a little renovation in the lobby and the pool wasn’t open, but other than that everything was great. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very quiet. Even with the renovations going on, we didn’t hear any noise at all unless you went downstairs to the lobby. Great place to stay, the area is very quiet, and food places are only about a 5-minute drive away.»

«I arrived at the property to be told I had no reservation. The attendant said it was probably at their other location about 1/2 mile away. Went to that location and was told there was no reservation. I double checked my booking and it said it was the original location. Didn’t stay at either one. Rebooked somewhere else. «Staff were good. The room & kitchen net was clean but the floor was not even/ or leveled up. The chair with wheels kept rolling over to other side of the room. Plus all the water in the bathroom while taking shower did not lead to the drain it went to the other side… had to wipe it off immediately with towels on the floor. Bad experience!!»
