Just terrible
We arrived at Platinum Tower Apartments in the evening and showed the person at the reception our booking from Hotels.com but they told us that we needed a four digit code that should have been sent us.
So after traveling from Norway we couldnt get in touch with the person renting out the apartment. In the first contact with Hotels.com`s customer support they also tried to reach this person without reaching them, they even commented to me that the phonenumber was disconnected or they couldnt reach them at all.
In the meantime my wife searched the box that were suppose to have our key and she only found one envolope with a key so we went up to that apartment.
When we entered the apartment it can only be described as DISGUSTING, the pictures from the people renting out the apartment didnt represent the reality of the place at all. It was extremely dirty and missed alot of things.
We would not accept staying there at all so thankfully after about 2 hours on the phone with Hotels.com they booked us a new room at a different hotel that saved our vacation so big thumbs up for Hotels.com`s resolve in this matter!
So I cant say anything but the experience with Platinum Tower Apartments was terrible, the person in the reception didnt speak english and the person renting out the apartment was unreachable and didnt send us this 4-digit code.
We had booked an exclusive apartment, I would agree that it was exclusively terrible so STAY AWAY from this place!
