The Space:

This fully equipped studio apartment can accommodate 4 people - ideal for a business trip or family getaway. The living space consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a cosy atmosphere thanks to its warm, bright décor. The space is very functional, with a large double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Other amenities include free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and essential kitchen and bathroom facilities. With a separate space with a desk available, the studio would be a great option for those working remotely or studying. Complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided for a good start to each stay.

This cosy apartment is located at Nowy Świat 47A in the very centre of Warsaw. The neighbourhood is perfectly communicated and has an extensive infrastructure. There are many bus and tram stops and metro stations nearby, providing convenient access to all districts. The nearest metro station "Nowy Świat - University" is only 160 metres from the apartment! Nowy Świat is an excellent location with the most important attractions available at your fingertips. The street is surrounded by iconic Warsaw landmarks, such as the famous Palace of Culture and Science (900 m from the apartment) or the Złote Tarasy shopping centre (1.4 km from the apartment). The Old Town is less than 1.5 km from the apartment. There are many atmospheric venues, elegant restaurants and cafes in the area. For culture lovers - the Palladium Theatre is 600 metres from the apartment and the National Philharmonic 450 metres. The apartment is located in green surroundings. During walks you can enjoy the landscape of the surrounding squares and parks (15 minutes to the Saxon Garden, 900 metres from Karol Beyer Park).

It takes approximately 35 minutes by car to get to Chopin Airport and 12 minutes to get to the Central Railway Station.
