«I would give a 10 star review if I could. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, beautiful! Houman was great! He was in contact with us at any time we needed, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants, sight seeing and night life. He also has everything you need if you decide to stay in and have a nice dinner. The place is close to everything in old town and a copule of blocks from the tram if you need to go further. We practically walked everywhere. We could have not asked for ...

«Appartement très bien situé, près de la gare, des trams et épiceries à proximité. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. L’air climatisé est très appréciée dans chacune des chambres. La salle de bain aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie un peu et aurait avantage à avoir un support en hauteur pour y accrocher le pommeau de douche, même si on arrive à se débrouiller tel quel. Le salon, la salle à manger sont spacieux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le balcon pour y prendre nos petits ...

«Location was fantastic. The apartment was good. It had nice sheets and towels. The only complaint I have is the smell of sewage so we had to keep the windows open so the AC didn’t work as efficient. But it’s also understandable because it’s in an old building an old town again. Location was excellent for old town.»

«We had a wonderful time visiting Nice. The place was beautiful and right across the street from the beach. There were a variety of restaurants all down the boardwalk and a grocery close by. We took a tour of Eze, Monte Carlo, Cannes, to name a few. They were all easily accessible. The apartment was clean and well furnished. We met initially Frances (property manager) who showed us around and told us a little bit about the area which was very helpful. All and all it was a great trip for us ...

«The property was as described however the water leak in the ceiling of the bathroom got my thing wet. Also, the check-in was not flexible at all and getting feedback from the host was not easy. I feel the €65 cleaning fee should have been rebated due to the water leak and none was offered. Over all, okay but not the level of experience expected.»

«Terrific apartment. Very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. There's always some small detail that could be improved, but that would be absolute nitpicking. Overall, everything was wonderful.»

«Overall, the house was clean, and the location inside the old town was very convenient for exploring the area. However, the central location also meant it was quite noisy. One of the three bedrooms is located in the basement, which was a major downside for us. The stairs leading down to the basement were inconvenient and felt potentially unsafe, with a risk of falling. The basement also had a strong unpleasant smell, and the portable air conditioner was very noisy when running, making it ...
