Lite og koselig hotell med flott takterrasse. Hotellet ligger sentralt til det meste i Venezia og eier av hotellet er veldig hjelpsom.

Perfect place for a comfortable stay in Venice. Spacious and modern rooms. Shared kitchenette equipped with fridge and coffee machine. Friendly and helpful staff. The best part is the rooftop terrace with 360 view over the city.

We loved our room. Comfortable bed. Numerous outlets, great little shower. We spent an evening on the rooftop which was lovely. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of Spumante. Beware of the steep stairs. Would give this 10 stars if I could.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Venice! It is centrally located, making it easy to explore most of the major attractions on foot. The vaporetto station is close by, which is very convenient for getting around Venice and visiting other areas. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby so it was easy to find somewhere to enjoy a meal. Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted us warmly and gave us a tour of the facilities, which made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The accommodation also provides breakfast and snacks, which is a thoughtful touch and adds to the convenience of the stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a lovely place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. One thing is that there is a long steep staircase at the entrance. This may be inconvenient for guests with large suitcases or those travelling with young children. They do have a electric-ramp for people with mobility issues. It would be helpful to keep this in mind when planning your arrival and departure. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Despite the long staircase, the excellent central location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and complimentary breakfast and snacks made this a great base for exploring Venice. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while discovering the beauty of the city, as long as they are prepared for the stairs.

It was really WOW! We loved our stay, the room and hospitality. The rooftop deck was a perk, beautiful in day as well as evening. To be noted, long and steep staircase, as mentioned in add. Coffee was good in the morning. There were lots of snacks to enjoy throughout the day. The location was perfect. I definitely would recommend this place.

Maurizio was amazing He provided instructions on how to use the boat taxis to get around and did his best to help me when my partner fell ill. If its available book here ;)

We had a lovely stay and the location is ideal very close to to the Rialto market. Maurizio was extremely helpful and the roof terrace was a great place to escape the hustle and bustle.

We spent three nights here on a quick visit to Venice before heading up to the Dolomites. We had great communication with the host and he met us at the property for check-in, in spite of a few changes in our itinerary due to flight delays. The apartment was large, clean, and had great amenities. Although they don’t provide a full breakfast, there were always snacks, coffee, tea, and juice available. Even beer and a complimentary bottle of wine. The rooftop deck is spectacular - great place to hang out in the evening and enjoy that bottle of wine. The long staircase up to the apartment is a bit of a challenge, especially for a 65-year old with bad knees, but I made it up and down with two heavy suitcases.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were centrally located and literally minutes to all the attractions but just far enough away to avoid the noise. No need for a water transit pass. We would have given five stars, but the number of steps to ascend to our room was just a little more than we wanted. The owner/staff were wonderful, and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Really enjoyed our stay, nice little touches (bottle of wine) and bathroom amenities. Place was immaculate, coffee, water, cereal and pastries provided. The rooftop and sitting lounge very comfortable. Owner is delightful. The fifty-fives up the stairs is worth it.

This place was immaculately kept and the amenities were excellent, especially the rooftop terrace! It was close to the Rialto bridge and easy access to everything. Our host, Maurizio, was friendly and helpful. The only caution, is the narrow stairs to get to our room. 68 stairs in total, which for some will be difficult (great exercise for us!). With Maurizio's help we were able to use the luggage lift for the first 50 stairs and then carry the luggage the other 18 to our room. When we left we were not able to use the luggage lift and had to carry the luggage down. Lovely place!

The actual room was very nicely appointed, the let down was that the AC wasn’t working for the 3 nights we were there, we had to have the windows open and were eaten up by Mosquitos that got in. I killed 6 !!

Усе було чудово. Самий центр. Поруч є маленький супермаркет, різноманітні кафе та ресторани ... У помешканні є все що вам може знадобитися , дуже тихе місце з мабуть одним із найкращих краєвидів з тераси на Венецію. В цілому ми дуже задоволені, будемо рекомендувати друзям.

Central location, just five minutes walk to the Rialto bridge. We were apprehensive that being so central would mean lots of noise but that was not the case. The shutter and windows offer black out nights sleep and our room was silent. It is only when you open the windows you hear the huddle and bustle. Super friendly host and lovely house keeper for that boutique feel. Hotel suite super clean and lots of additional complimentary extras to make for a special stay. My only tiny recommendation would be the addition of dressing gowns as slippers were provided. The private and rooftop area was set up beautifully and the rooftop is a great place to catch the sun setting.

The steps entering the lobby are steep & number about 48. It got tricky at the top since the handrails ended. We would not have booked this place had we known the nature of the stairs. But, if the stairs do not intimidate you, the property is okay. Personally Maurizio was not hospitable & was generally indifferent. He seemed more occupied with his "meetings" rather than the comfort of his guests. We felt like we were more of an inconvenience than guests. There were some maintenance issues that we didn’t even bother to mention to Maurizio, such as a non-functionimg light, loose toilet seat, & inability to get tissues from housekeeping without speaking with Maurizio first. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, water was readily available, & location was convenient. The wine & cookies in the room the first day, was a nice touch.There were snacks, beverages, & convenience of a kitchen in the lobby.
