«Picked the grand room and it was very dirty. Smelled bad and obvious stains all over the floors, walls, couch and windows. Screen in the bathroom had tons of smushed bugs all over it they never bothered to wipe clean. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom fixtures from neglect. Also very very cold at night in the mountains with no in room heating and just a single thin blanket. Checked out after just one night of a 3 night stay because of the terrible conditions and they refused to refund ...

«Mon Lom Nao Homestay is very cozy and with amazing mountains views. The hotel owner is very friendly and responsive to take care of our stay . She answered and helped our questions and needs evry single thing. I did not get a chance to meet and speak to her in person to say words of appreciation. They are very nice. The staff was very friendly ,and helpful and patient to us. I would love to come back again and stay at Mon Lom Nao again.»

«Un grand merci à Laurent et ses équipes pour ce séjour dans la villa Khamin. La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description : très bien équipée et joliment décorée, elle ne nous a laissé aucune déception.La villa est également très bien située : au calme, tout en restant proche de la plage, des commerces et des centres d'intérêt de Chaweng et de Fisherman's Village.Une mention particulière pour les services annexes et la réactivité de Laurent, qui a su nous proposer des solutions de taxi et ...

Katathani Phuket Beach Resort

8/10 Bra

"We had a pleasant stay overall, and the friendly and welcoming staff really made a difference. The rooms were a good size, and the hotel offered a great range of facilities, which definitely helped bring our overall rating up. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating whenever we needed assistance. However, we were quite disappointed with the sound insulation. We could hear quite a lot from outside and from neighbouring areas, which affected our comfort at times. The room layout was also somewhat unusual, as the toilet does not have a separate enclosed door. This means that sounds from the bathroom can be clearly heard from the bedroom, which was not ideal. Despite these drawbacks, the pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff, spacious rooms, and the other available facilities made the stay enjoyable overall."

The Senses Resort & Pool Villas, Phuket

10/10 Utmerket

"Great hotel with professional, helpful and always smiling staff. Good breakfast with a lot of options, including omelette station. The room service is also good with a great menu H24. It’s steep hills within the resort, so they got a buggy service which is fast and efficient H24 straight to your room door."

Paradox Resort Phuket

8/10 Bra

"We stayed at the Premium Garden Villa king plunge pool. Overall our experience was very good and we liked the scenery throughout the hotel area (which contrast that of the vibe in the streets in phuket, which we did not find as appealing). The service from the emplyees was also fantastic! However, although the inside of our room was very nice, the doors to the outisde was not tight (noticable gaps on top of the door) which resulted in two huntsman spiders wandering in during our stay. Also our balcony showed signs of time taking its toll. This might have been particular to the specific room we stayed in, not sure. Regardless, service was great when we pointed this out to the recption."
