«Picked the grand room and it was very dirty. Smelled bad and obvious stains all over the floors, walls, couch and windows. Screen in the bathroom had tons of smushed bugs all over it they never bothered to wipe clean. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom fixtures from neglect. Also very very cold at night in the mountains with no in room heating and just a single thin blanket. Checked out after just one night of a 3 night stay because of the terrible conditions and they refused to refund ...

She answered and helped our questions and needs evry single thing. I did not get a chance to meet and speak to her in person to say words of appreciation. They are very nice. The staff was very friendly ,and helpful and patient to us. I would love to come back again and stay at Mon Lom Nao again.»

«This was a great place. It is part of a small complex of villas in the same building. The beachfront hangout is common. There is some construction going on the units closest to the beach. This didn't impact the quality of the stay at all.There is a little wellness resort very near. If you get there you missed the gravel road turn. There is good parking for the Villa on the side away from the water. Loved this place and would stay again.»

"Usedvanlig god service og svært imøtekommende ansatte. Hadde et svært fint opphold her, og brukte flere av hotellets fasiliteter/tilbud. Hotellet har en egen app hvor man kan bestille tjenester eller kontakte dem. Veldig praktisk for å se alt fra meny til priser til andre ting man måtte lure på. Stort og fint hotell som ligger veldig praktisk til ved endestasjon til flytoget. Enkelt å komme seg rundt i byen fra samme stasjon, rett utenfor hotellet. Kiosk og cafe i underetasjen i samme bygning, stort og bra treningsrom, og flotte basseng lenger oppe i etasjene. Fin utsikt fra rommet, og en meget god frokost med svært godt utvalg. Veldig godt fornøyd med valget av hotell i Bangkok, og kommer gjerne tilbake. Kan anbefales på det varmeste."

"Lobby og fellesrom var kjempefine. Men selve rommet vi fikk sto ikke i stil til resten. Vi bestilte en suite, og det fikk vi. Kjempefint med stort bad med 2 dusjer, men 70% av utsikten fra vinduet er dekket av fasade med null utsikt. Rommene trenger en oppussing, da de ser ut som de gjorde for 30 år siden. Men rommene er godt rengjort. Vi fikk beskjed om at vi skulle spise frokost i 1 etasje av en eller annen grunn. I ettertid forsto vi at frokosten i 3 etasje hadde mye bedre utvalg. Det som trekker opp er beliggenheten, kjempesentralt og med egen inngang direkte til Skytrain."

"We stayed at the Premium Garden Villa king plunge pool. Overall our experience was very good and we liked the scenery throughout the hotel area (which contrast that of the vibe in the streets in phuket, which we did not find as appealing). The service from the emplyees was also fantastic! However, although the inside of our room was very nice, the doors to the outisde was not tight (noticable gaps on top of the door) which resulted in two huntsman spiders wandering in during our stay. Also our balcony showed signs of time taking its toll. This might have been particular to the specific room we stayed in, not sure. Regardless, service was great when we pointed this out to the recption."
