«Vilaflor is truly a hidden gem in Tenerife. And to be able to stay in such a quiet, affordable, simple and well-run place was a joy. The staff were nice and helpful and the place simply had a very beautiful charm. In the mountains you can relax and breathe and we really appreciated having Ziggys as a temporary home. "Our stay at the Ritz Carlton Tenerife was excellent. The receptionists were helpful and so kind, even the times when we were too late to book a reservation at the restaurants the receptionist was so kind and helpful and found us a table still. They are really kind also at the breakfast reception. The breakfast has a lot variety and have tasteful and healthy alternatives. We loved eating at breakfast every day and the different restaurants were unique, especially the Japanese one (Akira). Absolutely recommended. The Italian restaurant (Verona) I remember the names of at least 10 people who work there, and it’s not difficult when they are so memorable, kind, colorful and approachable. We enjoyed the pool facilities, tennis (not included, but they drive you to the tennis court you book nearby) and the beautiful Abama beach which they drive you to with a charming little green locomotive train. I mean, we had a week there and it was truly wonderful. The room with the ocean view is recommended. The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious, I’m grateful they gave us such a great room. 10/10. Thanks for the experience!"
