«Initial check in was horrible. Only one of my 2 rooms were showing up even though I received confirmation from property for both rooms and my message to keep rooms together was acknowledged. «The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. «Resort was incredibly clean and beautiful. There was a ton to do so no need to schedule excursions. We saw/swam with sea turtles, octopus, stingray’s and many different fish right off beach.
