«Property is very beautiful, food in Mexican restaurant needs to be updated more for a Mexican menu, Paul’s Beach everything it’s very nice, some of the staff was amazing. Very good customer service. only one Lady where you’re making reservation for restaurants she didn’t was so pleasant. Thank you so much for everything we enjoyed our stay»

«Communication was excellent and friendly. Great location! Easy walk to tennis and restaurants. Very spacious apartment in a lovely villa. A/C worked great. I wish the pool was not murky and the towels were not synthetic. Again the location, the apartment, the staff were wonderful and I really liked the vibrant floral pattern of the sheets.»

«Wonderful stay, highly recommended! The staff were super helpful right from check-in. The property is huge, spotless, and very well-maintained, offering a truly relaxing and safe environment. My only minor issue was the buffet getting a little repetitive after several days. That said, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it!»

«The staff was excellent and the whole experience was great. Plan on booking there again next year.»

«The property ground’s continue to be well maintained but the rooms are beginning to age with upgrades required in the bathrooms, room furniture and drapes/curtains. We had some issues with the rooms and asked the preferred teams to reassign rooms which was quickly supported. «In the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't exist which is horrible for the environment and customers. Mold on top of the caulking inside the tub. AC thermostat won't work. Always blowing cold air non-stop.»

«Все прошло отлично!!!»

«Los restaurantes, increíbles. Mi único comentario de mejora, seria modernizar las televisiones de las suites, pero es un detalle menor.»

«The room was cozy and clean with ac. The staff was helpful about planning out our day and went above and beyond. Breakfast was also a very nice touch and enjoyed by the family. Would stay here again. Thanks to the team at Casa Gem.»

«Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. »

«Excellent stay!! The food and service is amazing, the rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. Will definitely visit again!!»

«This property was amazing. The grounds were incredibly manicured and lush. Cute picture opportunities, very romantic. The food was good with the French restaurant being the best meal we had. Consistent service . Preferred club concierge was very attentive. Rooms were gorgeous! We took advantage of both the tub on the balcony and inside the room after a full day on the beach. The musical entertainers were outstanding throughout the resort. There was a lot of activities and we did find it a little ...
