"Nice, clean and fairly spacious room with comfortable bed. Parking in the basement (albeit with a limited number of rather tight spaces and very tight access ramps) was very convenient. My only complaint (reflected in the ratings) is that wifi was so unstable that is was effectively useless. When I pointed this out to the reception manager at check-out, he suggested using the "members logon" instead. When I said I'm not a member, he simply said it's one of the membership perks. I find that totally unacceptable. Providing higher internet speeds for members or asking non-members to login every time they return to the room would be acceptable, but considering a basic, stable internet connection a membership perk is not. So if wifi is a priority, make sure you're a member or find another hotel."

"WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE TO STAY!!! The location is 👌 we had an apartment room. With living room, kitchen and a bedroom. Also with washing machine and dryer 👌 we had everything we needed for our week that we stayed here. Simply amazing place 💛 only thing was the water pressure from the shower that was way low. But other than that. Everything was perfect! Will gladly come back here for my next stay in Sydney!! Thank you for such amazing service!! 💛 ps: the shampoo, body shower etc was 👌👌 smelled SOOO GOOD!!"

"Conveniently located. Sadly quite a bit of bars and clubs around the area which makes for some noise disturbances during the night. Recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper, but it is not overbearing. Hotel is clean and has spacious rooms. However, dated in design, lots of carpets for those with allergies, and not well sound insulated doors. Overall an ok hotel for the price. Very friendly staff and a nice breakfast. "
