I am very disappointed with my experience at this property. Upon check-in, I was informed that I had to pay a certain amount deposit in order to receive the lockbox code. It was unexpected and was not communicated prior to the check-in, I felt so uncomfortable at the time.
The cleanliness of the property was also below expectations, although I chose not to make an issue of it at the time.
However, upon check-out, I was advised that only partial amount would be refunded, with the remaining allegedly charged for an “upgrade.” This is extremely concerning, as I never requested or agreed to any upgrade. It is unclear what this charge relates to.
Overall, this whole experience made me feel very disappointed and uncomfortable.
