«Check in was horrible. Host was very unresponsive and kept asking for an additional security deposit before providing the room access code. Then didn’t supply the room code until 4:40pm when check in was at 4 despite my request for an early check in. The room was okay but the floors were filthy. AC wasn’t working properly and only blowing warm air. No lights in the sitting area.»
