**20 people max at the house at any given time is the maximum amount allowed without incurring an event charge

**All Guests need to be registered with security 24 hours in advance**

Through our concierge service we can provide private transportation with additional cost. There is also Uber or you can always a rent a car, the house has parking for 2 cars.
