An Unforgettable Hotel Experience with Outstanding Service
I had the pleasure of staying in one of the hotel’s suites, and the experience was truly impressive. The suite was very clean, spacious, and recently renovated, with plenty of storage space, a refrigerator, coffee machine, stove (which we didn’t use), and two TVs. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.
Both breakfast and dinner were of high quality, and the same goes for the service. The staff was simply wonderful – friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. A special mention goes to Michelly, whose warmth and dedication to maintaining high standards made a real difference in our stay.
The only downside worth mentioning is the elevator. It felt small, low, old, and rather slow. Personally, I chose not to use it and instead took the stairs – all 150 steps – to the top floor every day. While that was a bit of a challenge, the overall quality of the food, service, and accommodation far outweighed this minor inconvenience.
All in all, this is a hotel I will not soon forget, thanks to the lovely people on the team and their commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
