A stunning apartment, located in one of Rome’s most beautiful neighborhoods, enveloped in a unique and magical atmosphere where art and culture blend together. Even though it’s right in the heart of the city, the apartment is very intimate, peaceful, and quiet.<br><br>But as soon as you step outside, you’re surrounded by the wonders of Rome.<br><br>In fact, we’re just a short walk from all the major attractions:<br>Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, the Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon. Castel Sant’Angelo and Vatican City are also easily accessible.<br><br><br><br><br>THE SPACE<br><br>NAVONA APARTMENT is a charming and elegant apartment located on the first floor of a historic building with an elevator, right in the heart of Rome, just a short walk from Piazza Navona.<br><br>Inside, it features an entryway with a very charming circular kitchen, complete with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster.<br><br>From here, you enter a living room furnished with a large sofa bed.<br>Here you’ll find a wooden table, a bookshelf, and a 50¨ Smart TV.<br><br>From the side hallway, you enter the sleeping area, which includes two spacious double bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a large shower, as well as a washing machine.<br><br>One of the double bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning.<br><br>The second bedroom and the kitchen are equipped with professional fans with a cooling mode.<br><br>The apartment is equipped with independent heating.<br><br>Wood is an integral part of this apartment, which features elegant hardwood floors in every room, creating a warm atmosphere.<br><br>Although located in the historic center, the apartment overlooks a lush courtyard, making it very quiet even at night.<br><br>We are in a traffic-restricted zone, so it is very quiet.<br><br>We ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of all rooms.<br>Guest Access<br>Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.<br><br><br>Other Things to Keep in Mind<br>Guests must sign a contract upon arrival.<br>Guests must pay a tourist tax of 6 euros per person per night
